Refund Policy

Short version

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Detailed policy

Kickrecruit is a one-time purchase of ₹150 (or ₹100 with a referral discount). Because the product is a digital license key that grants immediate access to a downloadable desktop application, all purchases are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

Why no refunds?

• The license key is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned."
• The desktop app is downloadable immediately after purchase.
• The price point (₹150) is intentionally minimal.

Exceptions

If you experience a billing error (charged twice, wrong amount), email billing@kickrecruit.in within 48 hours with your Razorpay payment ID and we'll sort it out.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first kills your license on the spot. Just email us first. We are reasonable people.
