Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Kickrecruit ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. License

Kickrecruit grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the desktop application and web service for interview preparation. This license:

  • Is tied to your account and valid license key.
  • Allows up to the number of concurrent activations specified in your plan (default: 1).
  • Terminates if you violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Share, resell, or distribute your license key.
  • Use the Service for illegal activities or to cheat on assessments where external help is prohibited.
  • Attempt to bypass activation limits or tamper with the licensing system.
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service beyond normal usage.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • One-time purchase (₹150, or ₹100 with referral discount).
  • Payments processed by Razorpay; their terms apply.
  • See our Refund Policy for details.
  • Referral discounts applied at checkout are final.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows will be announced where possible. The desktop app caches your license for offline use (up to 7 days).

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to Kickrecruit (code, design, brand, AI models) remain with Kickrecruit. You get a license to use, not ownership.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee interview outcomes, specific results, or that the AI will always be correct. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kickrecruit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for Terms violations. You may delete your account anytime in Settings. Provisions that should survive (IP, liability, privacy) do.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes resolved in courts of Bangalore.
